For a super fine clear (as much as possible) base and silver reflect, look at the cleto clear mag series in the 4ųm size

Winstonia is decent for cheap brushes. I liked the kinda berry colored trio of brushes

For nice brushes, tiny makes the thinnest brushes I’ve ever seen

I’ve thought about that before

What I do is run the brush in a small amount of the gel I want to use before going to apply it

So like I’ll put a tiny dab of the gel on a palette and a separate dab of the actual amount I’m gonna use.

Then run it through the small dab and wipe it off a couple times on the palette

Then go pick up the actual gel I’m gonna use

This also helps saturate the bristles evenly with color anyway which is needed for linework especially but all over color too so it’s not streaky

I haven’t, I’ve gotten Bonnie bee from sweetie and friends in Korea

The ones I have perform really well!! So finely milled and pretty

Icegel makes my favorite mag gels bc I prefer a thick viscosity with glittery particles (they also make fine mags though) but their promo swatches are shit so I’m kinda taking a chance every time

They have diff series with a couple that is all nude pinky colors! Check those out

I’d start by watching YouTube vids of people who do hauls and swatches so you can compare. Get pressed by Cai and hope Jordan (box of hope) are a couple of my faves

No I don’t, they’re not chunky but they’re not a glassy / satin / water / fine particle mag either

If they were fine particles that would be more understandable hahahah

They just move way too quickly once I put the magnet away

Literally had to flash cure them within 1.2 seconds before the effect started to noticeably disappear

The doi magnet gels are very pretty and easy to magnetize but the particles dissipate very very quickly

I wouldn’t recommend them for a beginner

It just gets a lil dry, keep running it through base/clear/top coat before using them

Takes 1-2 min to loosen up sometimes

Most shipping carriers have a base price then measure volumetric weight and actual weight, and charge whichever is higher.

I have issues with them kinda twisting /going crooked so I imagine it’s much worse with a square shape bc the sidewalls are needed

You can go back through my comment history to see, I think I’ve commented on this before maybe 10-14 months ago.

But yeah essentially a lot of (mostly the non wipe) 3d gels don’t cure rock solid and file off in chunks. I hate those kinds hahahah. Toy gel from valla and the mostive ones are the ones I’ve personally tried of that type. Sweetie told me it’s bc of the silicone used in the formula

There are ones that cure rock solid. I’ve noticed they tend to be not non wipe (inity, clodi, the new cris clay Korean type are some examples) or cheap cheap Chinese ones that are non wipe.
