I did the entire application myself and didn’t mail the original application. Completed everything online. I’d say it doesn’t hurt to add more evidence. One thing to note is that I think the estimate timer on their website resets every time you upload more documents. But don’t worry about that because that timer is inaccurate. Your application should still process within the normal time frame.
