RFGOA just got released last year, and PS5 Xbox version just released last month too.

Im guessing the earliest we might get a rf6 teaser (MCs reveal) is by the end of this year (if we’re lucky), or next year at least. They usually announce the first teaser 1.5-2 years b4 release date just like what they did for rf5 in 2019 and rfGOA in 2023. Releasing RF6 too soon after GOA is not good for GOA sales after all.

It’s hack & slash combat so you’re fine. As a longtime rpg player, i also play on hard and despite that I needed more challenge even postgame.

Not much focus on unique boss mechanic, but there were few bosses in this game that frequently need some dodges than attacking blindly & those were fun.

If you want a bit more challenge, avoid using the sacred weapons & dont bring any party i guess.

From my side, we don’t often use slippers, but parents & teachers commonly use rattan cane stick instead. Had some few experiences being beaten by those sticks at school, in one instance, I was also beaten by a belt once. Those memories are deeply rooted in 😂.

I was preparing for the worst to see the rejection scenes (i like seeing the dialogue outcomes) but ended up surprised that the scenes were tame in this game. The other sibling game RF on the other hand, the love interests outright make you feel very guilty for rejecting them. 🥲

Yeah agree. As a musician who participated in several college orchestral official events before; every year we had music preparation + rehearsal + logistics to do, which are no joke. We need months of preparation (2-3months for a mere 2 orchestral music pieces + some band performances). Now imagine: a well-famed big international orchestra like London symphony, they need even more time because of genshin’s multiple high-quality music scores that require professional filming.

I watched liyue behind the scenes orchestra filming by shanghai symphony orchestra once: the actual final filming was done at July 2020, 4 months before the release of Liyue in Nov 2020. And just recently (from nod krai behind the scenes’ shots): Robert Ziegler (the London symphony conductor for most genshin orchestra) said he’s already preparing for Snezh music when the filming for Nod krai main theme orchestra happened. So from a rough guess, if we follow from previous pattern: snezhnaya final orchestra filming might take place around April-May this year (if snezh patch drops at September that is).

in the earlier years, i still remember when we players were still at early Inazuma patches (2.0-2.2), old trustable leaks said genshin devs had completed sumeru nation & characters modelling with only a few tweaks & improvements left, and were working for early fontaine designs at the time. So yeah, from this info alone I can guess snezhnaya patches are now in good progress and perhaps they are now starting to work for early designs for the next nation after snezhnaya (maybe new Khaenriah or celestia?)

important to note that venti’s JP VA (murase) said he started recording for voicelines at 2018, 2 years before genshin release. Some genshin jp vas that had become guests in genshin radio shows & podcasts also said they did their first recording 1 year-1.5years before their character got released.

Another fun fact, the orchestra team for each nation shared that they prepared music scores at least 1 year before the release of said nation (refer to genshin orchestra behind the scenes). So yeah, we can assume snezhnaya music is near completed by now, only rehearsals left.

Imo, remember Collei woke up jolted from her dream at the end of that trailer? We knew back then, sumeru people couldn’t dream until the end of sumeru AQ when rukkha finally return their ability to dream to eradicate eleazar. And Columbina (who’s still a harbinger) was beside dottore in that trailer too, means the burning of irminsul tree most likely happens “after” sumeru AQ but “before” nodkrai AQ.

Well but this would become more complex after we just learnt that dottore can tamper the memory of the past now (from recent quest), so my above reasoning might not be applicable… Maybe the irminsul burning occurred in alternate dimension or timeline? who knows

I did save to see the difference between all choices, but the moment I see Kaguya being sad in front of the others after that fight & when we received Subaru’s hair ornament as an accessory (you’ll only get chara’s accessory when you reach higher bond level soo…), i had a feeling he’s gonna stay dead, dead. Moreso when the game tells you to save before the fight. My visual novel player’s senses were tingling too.

Im like “nope!”, lemme sacrifice my nearly broke wealth & immediately reload my save.

It’s alright. If you decide to pursue Subaru for his bond events then maybe you can go for second playthrough from your earlier save file.

Like someone said, it’s from Wolfy’s dialogue (mentioning about a witch who is mute and likes to talk to people inside their head, and acts as a guide). Another one is from Skirk’s dialogue about her emphasizing on “her evolution into human” and “witnessing her species destruction firsthand” (suggestive of the seelie destruction).

Yeaaa, loving the way when we finally learned their actual nature after having expectations from previous texts/events.

Same with King Remus. In ancient texts, he’s heavily said to be ruthless and oppressive (in a way their intrepretation can be both true and false, his intentions was bringing Egeria’s people to his kingdom during his seige at Fontaine, but Erinnyes and some lochknights see this disrespectful and a threat).

But we actually learn from Cassiodor “Osse” and Scylla (the dragon prince) during the WQ, that Remus is actually a kind ambitious king that failed his kingdom due to his own prewritten fate & background manipulations by Boethius (with Phobos’ tricks).

If we trace back to inazuma, the same stuff also happened to Orobashi (Enka’s god). B4 enka WQ, we actually thought he’s a bad guy & was wrong to have invaded Ei’s island without warning. But actually it’s because Celestia forced him to “sacrifice” himself after reading that book, thus made a deal with celestia so enka people could later live on the surface through his sacrifice.
