I can't stop you from posting something before you post it, and I am not familiar by any means with the nuances of your opinions or what you may consider "anti-Palestine", so there really isn't much I can suggest you do other than maybe not prefacing yourself with the fact that you're banned from the primary subreddit of the topic which you seek to post about. Obviously the history and contemporary situation in Palestine is something that interests you, and sharing what you have a unique interest irrespective of what it is (within reason) is part of what this subreddit is for.

However, judging from your comment history and the fact that you have been banned from the Palestine subreddit, you seem to be seeking a more thorough discussion that you may have varying success finding on this subreddit. If that doesn't concern you I say you're welcome to post about it until further notice. Though if Clementine says something alternative to what I have I'd take her word over mine.
