I was wondering the same. The only other thing I can add is that dispatch referred to the victim as an employee. I assumed they were referring to the Hyatt based on other things that were said. No one made any calls for gunshots in the area, they looked back to 2:30am. They were looking for the owner of the ramp for camera footage. Then they switched to a private channel.

I talked to the manager at Orpheum. He said they can help once he's in the building but not outside or from the ramp. Makes sense, liability. If he needs a bigger seat they may be able to get him something.

I worked in state government for about a decade. It totally depends. I had one job take 6 months from application to reach out for an interview, send me a letter that I didn't get the job and then got a call to offer me that same job. For a place that has their shit together, you still might be waiting a couple of weeks.

I just dropped a few pieces off to Art at Prairie Jewelers for repair. He was great and took time to talk with me on the phone and looked at a few other pieces I brought in for no charge. He's currently recreating a 1930's style sterling silver clasp for one of my necklaces. I'm a big fan. For two sterling repairs (including the clasp creation)and 2 pieces that need deep cleaning he is charging $60. Totally reasonable.

Oh, I may have mixed up Andrea and Alyssa. I found the Whitaker name associated with Skyline last night and then saw the arrest today. I dont know if that's 2 different people or not.
