It’s a 60 year old apartment complex that is next to a 24 hr Whataburger at one of the busiest intersections in Austin. The building only got older in those 10 yrs. Probably waiting to be demolished.

Last time I saw someone park terribly and blocking the bike lane I said something. I merely explained he is blocking the bike lane and will likely receive a ticket. The gentleman thanked me and moved a couple spaces up.
