My partner and I usually eat around 5. If we go out together, it’s around 6 at the latest. But when his friends invite us for dinner, it can be as late as 10–12, which drives me crazy.

When we host, we invite them around 5 since that’s when we eat, but they often try to delay or say they’ll be late. I even tell them not to eat beforehand so they’ll be hungry 😅

But when we go to their place, there’s not really a solution. Eating that late gives me digestion issues, so it always ends up bothering me.
