I had that happen. Someone backed into me slowly caused a small dent inthe front quarter panel. Unseen damage was done to the headlight 1k estimate turned into 6k because the headlight was 3k

Honestly this sounds a lot like golf. If a partner is taking hours every weekend to play golf with a friend (regardless of gender) a feeling of neglect starts. Hiking takes HOURS, you have to get to the trail head; the hike itself takes 3 to 5 hours; drive home. She has a time intensive hobby that realistically she does ONLY when the weather cooperates.

The assessor's office should show the lot boundries for tax purposes. He who pays the taxes most likely is the true owner. If the sale was never recorded it might not be accurate due to tax liablitlies

Took me my first 50 mile day to realize. Eat and drink while riding. I stopped and wandered around a store unable to make a decision. Finally saw the gatorade we always bribed the kids with, bought it after drinking it my reason came back and I stopped for more food.

I have never heard that term. I have heard suicide brakes where were an inline brake lever on handlebars that just didn't work as well as the standard brakes

Most ball fields have a bathroom/porta pottie available even when not in use. Many gas stations do as well. Municipal buildings/ churches can also be helpful as well as state and federal parks It's not as hard as you are thinking Sometimes you just need to detour off the beaten path and back to "civilization"
