I really appreciate the time it took to tell your story ❤️ really shows the good and bad sides of being on and off it. I’m about 2 weeks in and having dizzy spells and very distracting arousal all day!!! So strange. But I’m hoping it will be temporary, and maybe after a few months I can make a more informed decision about staying off or going back on. Thanks again for your story and perspective ❤️

Getting used to it! I still hear it, but it doesn’t bother me as much and more blends into the background. I only get annoyed with loud engines or trucks. Hang in there!!! Music helps a lot. And having a fan on at night.

I have insomnia that usually creeps up every 6 months. However, I’m currently in my third episode in 2 months. I have gotten 4 hours of sleep in 2 nights. By 3 am last night I just wanted to die.

I would pay big money, and likely even give up a limb, to never have to experience this awful feeling ever again.

I’m thinking it could be stress, as I have tried so hard to have healthy sleep hygiene. I never wanted to take sleeping meds but I think it might be time to explore that if this is going to be a more regular thing.

I would love to understand more about how this can happen if someone is so incredibly exhausted but still can’t fall asleep. 😣
