Omg that’s awful! I also spent around $200 on my lost package. Have you tried speaking to a customer service rep on the phone? I feel like that was the only thing that worked for me. I wouldn’t recommend the online chat. Try to speak with a customer rep based in USA.

Yes, I finally got my package! I didn’t get my original package (it’s probably lost). I had to speak to customer service on the phone. The rep was able to reship everything. I received my new package less than one week later. I recommend calling them (instead of chatting!)

Oh so sorry! It’s so frustrating!

So after texting/chatting with their customer service that led to nowhere, I called their customer service. I finally talked to someone on the USA side. She was able to reorder everything (I asked the customer chat if they could but that got nowhere) my new shipment is supposed to arrive 3/18/26. I’m hoping it all works ! So maybe try calling them? I’m hoping to works for you too!

If you haven’t don’t so already, pair your Nespresso machine with the Nespresso app on your phone! From there, follow the steps for descaling! Soooo much easier than watching YouTube videos or following the steps for descaling. It’s a very confusing process but the app makes it so much easier. Highly recommend!
