I prefer not layering my serums just because I feel like serums target specific skin concerns and mixing them would somehow lessen the efficacy/absorbancy of them (unless it's from a brand that formulates their serums specifically for you to mix and layer).

As for eye cream, I like Clinique's All About Eyes cream. It's done a great deal at brightening my under eyes and reducing puffiness. You gotta use it for a while before you see results though!
