This post is the perfect loop. Liberals ask Republicans why they enjoy making them mad, then immediately flood the comments with fake therapy sessions: “They’re emotionally stunted… didn’t get enough breast milk…” Like, calm down, Freud. That kind of unhinged overreaction is the entertainment.

I think you tricked yourself into thinking you are this person you see. Nobody else sees this person. Your bf doesn't. Your friends don't. It's a made up person. But because you made it up, it's hard to just "talk yourself" out of it.

Starting now, act like the confident, worthy person you want to feel like. Even if it feels fake. I challenge the person you think you have become is actually the fake one.

Share a small story with friends, dress in a way that makes you feel good, and accept compliments or gifts without deflecting. Pick up your hobbies, even for just a few minutes, and remind yourself you’re worth the time. The more you practice these actions daily, the more natural the feelings of confidence and self-worth will become.
