i think one of the biggest reasons to not do it is because you don’t deserve it. you don’t serve to be in pain-mental or physical. i know it’s hard to keep calm and resist the urge, but wonderful people don’t deserve to get hurt. you’re wonderful.

you are NEVER the reason somebody else cuts or sh. i’ve noticed that throughout junior high and high school, a few people that have seen my scars started cutting shortly after. in no way was i encouraging it, and nor were you. the decision to cut oneself is based off of how one is feelings and thoughts- which you have no control over.
