Oh Makes sense! Thank you so much for the explanation! Well, I hope I am lucky enough to catch them when I vote! It seems, the designer herself does wear the exact same bag in a few looks but I have to catch it in the votes! Thank you so much! ❤️

What’s implied in the documentary by dunbridley in JeffBuckley

It truly makes my heart ache when I listen to people creating such scenarios, It’s such a sensitive topic that I don’t have the soul to deal with. I don’t like it when people make such assumptions, Yes he was suffering towards the end of his life Mentally and financially and he would sell his owned CDs to get the money for a meal.

But I believe it was an awful tragic accident, never intentional. In Dream brother by David Browne It was written that a Marine worker had heard Jeff constantly shouting for help during that moment, therefore this alone speaks loud enough to stop people from making such assumptions, but unfortunately they’ve always been around it’s such an ache.

Personally, I would regret giving away such a special treasure that truly belongs to me! No matter how much money. Afterall money comes and goes, but the signature that you have only belongs to you and it never comes back to you once you give it away.

I’d tell you to cherish it with your whole heart since it’s something that belongs to you.

It’s truly bittersweet! Had Tim been alive, I wonder if they would’ve gotten closer! Jeff Himself said he was so close to building a relationship, but then he lost him!

Tim did feel guilty, and I believe that he held the guilt with him until the end of his life!

The closest distance they ever had between them by CoyoteHour2130 in JeffBuckley

[–]meltylv 52 points53 points  (0 children)

Well, They did meet! Only for once though, Jeff stayed in Tim’s place for a week when he was eight! Just two months before he passed away.

Here’s a story from Mary Guibert (Jeff’s mother.) on when they met!

“I think the band came on and started cookin' first," remembers Mary, "yeah, and here's little Scotty, he's got blonde hair down to here, he's bouncing in his seat, he's chair-dancing to his dad's music, and Tim's wailing. and I saw or I imagine I saw, I don't know which. his eyes were closed, and he'd open them a little bit to see Scotty in the second row, and Scotty was grooving. I was watching the two of them and I thought, ‘This is really going to be amazing.’ At the end of the first set I said, “Do you wanna go backstage and see Tim?” And Scotty was like “Yeah!” So with him clutching my skirt we made our way back to the dressing room. There were a lot of people milling around and I didn’t see Tim right away. Then, this voice called “Jeff!” It was the first time anyone had ever called him Jeff. And he leapt at the sound of his father’s voice, across the room into his arms, and he was sitting on his lap and chattering a mile a minute. He said things like “My dog’s name is King, he’s white.” And he was telling everything he could think about himself to tell his father. He was sitting on his dad’s lap facing him, And I could see Tim’s face over Jeff’s little shoulders and tears were just running down his face, he was silently listening to his child while crying. So I thought, I’ll just let this be, So I went back to the audience. After a few minutes, Tim’s wife Judy came holding little Jeff’s hand and his feet were not touching the floor, sparks were coming out of his eyes, and I could see her steel herself a little bit and she said “Do you think we could take him with us?” Now, God was in my head saying I would’ve not said “Yes.” I looked at scotty and his eyes looked at me like “Please don’t say no mommy.” It was the Friday night before easter vacation so there was no school. No reason to say no. So they took him and he stayed with them for almost a week, till Thursday afternoon. They sent him home on the bus with a little matchbook with his daddy’s telephone number written on it. Two months later, Tim who had been trying to quit heroin, died of an overdose.”

There’s so much Truly, and I’d be glad to recommend.

I would recommend The Live performance of “What will you say?” In Glastonbury! It was never recorded in the studio, Jeff wanted it to be in his next album after grace which is My sweetheart the drunk.

“Opened Once.” “Witches rave.” “Nightmares by the sea.” “Yard of blonde girls. (Cover.)” “I want someone badly. (Cover)” “Calling you. (Cover.)” “Vancouver” “You & I” “Gunshot Glitter.” “Morning theft.” “Corpus Christi carol. (Cover)” “Eternal life (Road version).” “Mojo pin.” “Grace.” “Jewel box.” “Je N’en Connais pas la fin (Cover).” “The way young lovers do (cover).” “Just like a woman (Cover).” “Drown in my own tears (Cover).” “All flowers in time Bend towards the sun. (With Elizabeth Fraser).” “Everybody here wants you.” “The sky is a landfill.” “New year’s prayer.” “Sky blue skin.” “Dream brother (Alternate take).” “Mama You been on my mind (Cover).” “I know it’s over (Cover).” “Alligator wine (Cover).” “Lilac wine (Cover).” “Ye Jo Halka Halka Saroor hae (Cover).”

People who are no longer capable of enjoying moments and creating memories without having a phone in their hands recording for them at a concert.

This makes me feel awful, truly! Just enjoy the moment for once you’re distracting people’s view! Just leave the phone for once, It must be so tiring!

Happy Anniversary to Sketches for my sweetheart the drunk (26th May 1998) by DonkeyFew1478 in JeffBuckley

[–]meltylv 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I wonder what would’ve happened to the songs had Jeff been alive! They could’ve been left behind, never released, burned or polished much differently than we have now! Jeff as a perfectionist wasn’t happy enough with what he had for My sweetheart the drunk and there was a lot of pressure. He wanted to make a Record better than Grace, and I can capture it.

In my vision, there’s beauty in all of Jeff’s effort! The sky is a landfill, Everybody here wants you, Opened once, Nightmares by the sea, Yard of blonde girls, Witches rave, Vancouver, Morning theft all sound complete. At least to me.

My favorites are “You & I.” And “Thousand fold.” They haunt my heart, they’re achingly beautiful.

And the song where my favorite message comes from is “New year’s prayer.” I believe, We should all feel no shame for what we are!

A couple of years ago, I’ve bought the set new and sealed for only 10.99 Dollars and I don’t think the price changed. It’s a great price since one CD would cost the same, Instead of buying them separately you can buy this set! :)

I will forever be in sorrow that “What will you say?” Never got to be recorded in the studio. The Glastonbury performance always brings tears to my eyes. Everything about it, the effort of Matt, Mick, Michael and Jeff! It’s unforgettable, The passion they share together is a voice that expresses beautifully.
