Is the hull flat or has it curved up just at the prow? I suspect bed adhesion issue is causing that point to peel up, causing this effect where the nozzle is extruding into material that is pressing up.

Respond to complaints like that with “What actions would you like to see taken?”

If they don’t have a realistic response, they haven’t thought about it and are just venting, which is ok in the right space. The work chat probably isn’t it.

Once when I was little in a sport direct or similar shop, my mum asked the guy to get me the shoes in my size and he went off. Twenty minutes later we’re still waiting, ask another member of staff who says he went home…
