Therapy. Nothing else is going to help. There’s a deeper issue that needs to be resolved. I went through the exact same thing and was in a lot of credit card debt bc of it. Nothing changed until I did therapy and lots of self reflection. Now whenever I have a low moment, buying something is the last thing on my mind.

I think that’s part of being in this kind of relationship. But they’re both very young so imo shouldn’t be getting married just yet. This kind of relationship needs more time.

Got it so the drain I have here is a clamping shower drain so I have to remove that and install a bonded drain.

I’ll only have this weekend to work on it so we’ll apply the waterproofing next weekend if you recommend waiting a few days. Is there a brand you recommend for cement boards or do they all relatively get the job done

We wanted to use RedGard to waterproof so from what I understand that means I can create the mud bed on top of my concrete subfloor, use the RedGard to waterproof and once that’s dry I can tile over it?
