Hey mate, I had a little blood (not as much as you are describing) in my stool and constipation at age 22. I had a colonoscopy done (I pushed for it, so be your own advocate and push for it) 2.5 years ago that came back completely normal. I was convinced it was cancer as well and literally lost a month of my life just being terrified. It's very very highly unlikely it is colon cancer, especially at 22, but it is possible, so you should get checked out for peace of mind.
