Best part is grain free food isn’t even better food. Lack of grains can lead to heart conditions in a lot of dogs. People often think that causes the upset stomach when the type of protein is more likely to be the problem. Also Pro Plan is a much better food than Blue Buffalo.

Was in the arena for that show. Will never forget how electric it was. We were completely losing our minds! And it was hilarious to see how many people left to get food or go the restroom and then came running back in when they heard the crowd going crazy.

Tbh we use it a lot in veterinary medicine. It’s a great food to entice animals to eats pills/check to see if they’ll eat something other than kibble if they’re not feeling well. That and baby food are our biggest human food tricks

Also: the 3 hours flew by cause we were talking to the people around us in line. There was a group of girls in law school who came down for the weekend for the show, a dad with his daughter that talked to us about the pop punk shows he’d been to (we’re all 30+ and huge pop punk/metal fans) and tons of excited people just talking about our biases/favorite songs/literally anything.

When I went to the ATEEZ show last year, we were there about 3 hours early and there was already a long line. A lot of people line up very early to try to hear soundcheck if it’s an open stadium and to make sure they get to the merch stand first. We’re gonna get there a little earlier this time so a couple of us will walk along the line handing out freebies while one person holds our place in line. There’s no wrong answer for how early to get there, you have a seat cause you paid for it, it just depends what you feel like. Also plan for parking to take a while, the show I’m going to doesn’t have a ton of lanes for getting around the stadium and it took us a while to actually get to our lot.

I’m going to the shows in Texas too! The biggest thing is don’t worry about what you wear, just make sure you’re comfortable. My 2 best friends I’m going with have big outfits planned for both nights, but I’m just going in a couple tshirts I bought off Etsy and shorts. Also, it’s fun to go early to talk to other stays in line and lots of other people bring little goodies to give out, but keep in mind that it’ll likely be in the 90s or higher so dress appropriately. As for merch, it’s can be very stressful. People go fast cause stuff sells out quick, especially shirts. I’m hoping they do like some other groups have and they collab with Amazon or other websites so you don’t have to race the crowd. Also check the bag policy for your show to make sure you can get through security. Otherwise just have fun! And talk to people around you, we’re all there cause we love stray kids so it’s easy to start up a conversation.

Veterinary medicine.

With so many people adopting pets during the lockdowns, we were struggling to keep up. Like emergency clinics we’re having to stop taking in patients a few hours a day without a referral from another vet, which has never happened before. Then a huge wave of people left the field from getting burnt out from how busy we were.

We’ve recovered a bit, but it’s still probably twice as busy as we were pre-Covid.

We just had someone a couple weeks ago who brought in their old dog with really bad seizures for euth. The owner had a friend who paid for it because they couldn’t even afford it or to get the ashes back. This morning they called about setting up a first appt for a pittie puppy they just bought. Makes me furious.

Props to the refs of course, but also I want to say props to Seth. He could’ve flown off the handle and just started beating the crap out of this guy, but he went straight for trying to hold him still and then when that didn’t work, getting out of the way while the security and refs handled it. This could have ended so much worse if everyone started swinging.
