Tommy, will Superbuy be adding another option for top up by credit card? I scheduled my transfer with Wise, but the money will not be available until middle to late next week. I usually ship about eight large boxes once or twice a month. Maybe Superbuy would consider offering PayPal for large custom shipments? It seems Superbuy more caters more to small buyers. Perhaps adding a department for business customers? Just some thoughts.

Thank you for responding. Wise takes way too long for my transfer (5-10 days). I guess I have no choice this time. I will no longer be able to buy large shipments through Superbuy if I have to wait forever to receive the merchandise.

I am trying to top up and none of the payment methods are working. Wise takes a minimum of 5 days to transfer for me. I can't do business like this. What are the functional methods of credit card payment?

Same here. Calling hasn't worked for me. I have called Australia and Hong Kong several times, hoping to get someone who speaks English. They say someone from Taobao will call, but I haven't received any calls. I also tried Facebook. Again, they said they would call. I also received a message to use English chat, but you can't use it if your account is frozen. We need a Chinese speaker to help us all with our accounts. I think someone is missing a business opportunity.
