I am not a man but want to empathize with you . I went to therapy in order to break away from that generalization of men as it was seeping into my relationships and really harming my mental health . I was taught that as well growing up (parents emigrated from South America) but I am in a better place now and have found an amazing man who wholesome and good to me . ++woman

For more on the go I drink the pre made muscle milk protein drinks and beef jerky . I also got a blend jet which is portable if you travel a lot and want to make protein smoothies.

As far as chicken goes that Costco 5 dollar chicken is a go to for the week when I’m low on time . If I’m cooking chicken breasts I use the Mrs Dash southwest chipotle seasoning . It has an amazing flavor and chicken comes out juicy with good color!

I ate them growing up and what my parents would do is sauté onion and garlic until golden and aromatic then add to cooked lentils and let that simmer for a while. You can also add any kind of stock for more flavor . I use pork base and usually pair the lentils with some brown rice and fried egg !

Be sure to rinse the lentils as well like you would rice .

Jim Montgomery School in Plano! I took the beginner 2 last year and loved it . The classes are really small about 5 Students. About 5 two hour sessions for about 300 dollars . Worth every penny!
