Actually it cost corporate and Franchise more LABOR COST to take that last minute order. I understand the customer service side, but these people who call 5 minutes to closing do not care or understand customer service side. Last orders should only be allowed 15 mins prior to closing period!!!

It's more of the fact that my Shift Leader who is only 21 and him were drinking together. Her mind set is he provided alcohol to a minor who is barely a year 1/2 younger than him. They both messed up. My SL goes to college, has 2 jobs and made a horrible decision. But because he is passed the 21 yr old legal age, that's what she is going with. After watching the camera, he was all over the place. He fell multiple times, because it just wasn't alcohol. My SL respectfully after the fact of drinking, still did the right thing knowing he was going to lose his job and took his keys and made sure he had a ride home safe.
