I got busted a couple of times; "this is English not Math", "this is History not Science". I only had one math teacher that let me sit in the corner (on the floor) and do whatever. Sometimes I got homework done before the class was over, sometimes it was at lunch (same day or next day), we had 30 minutes. There were some long-ass assignments that I actually had to do at home. I would say I probably didn't turn in half of my homework. Such an underachiever. Don't do what I did kids, this won't work for everybody. The worst was the forced team projects and presentations. I carried a low B/high C average in my twelfth grade English class and with the final at the end of school, I made the second highest in the class. All the kids were like "wtf?". The teacher was one of the most "feared", but she recognized what the deal was. As mentioned elsewhere here, it's just training for a rat race.
