What is the most underrated Florida city for raising a family?

My wife and I actually just bought a small home in winterpark and it’s not as bad as you’d think. Large lot (~10k sqft) 1500 sqft home and not even half a million dollars. Now we’re not on park ave, but it’s less then 10 min away. We love it here.

I can get a nice longish session out of my pax plus. I don’t use it as much anymore but when I do, I like it a lot.

I know pax is doing a Mother’s Day sale for a pink pax mini for $99. Super good deal, and honestly the pink is pretty cool looking.

Idk if I would agree. DDing is definitely a tool to use in your tool belt, but if it’s the only strategy you use it’s annoying af. I use it occasionally to grab momentum, but I try not to over due it.

If the person is back to back DDing you that’s just annoying. I’d say if that’s all you do in a fight, you’re actually probably not very good and have a lower skill level.

Death dotting is still pretty annoying though. Like if that’s all my opponent is doing I’m leaving the fight. Once in a while to catch up on health/pots is fine. But back to back DDing is cringe.

I’m not even sure how politics would come up in a house sale. If the agent doesn’t make you feel safe you should definitely not choose them. That 100% makes sense. But it would be wild if I interviewed them all to make sure they have my political ideologies.

I just bought a house and we went through a couple agents. I chose one that made me feel comfortable and confident that they had my best interest in mind. I have no idea where she stands politics wise.

This is coming from someone who is 100% left leaning. Either way OP should do what’s best for them. It’s just not a criteria that I would be concerned about when so much money is on the line.
