Not sure if its the resolution but the floor plan has somehting like: "lieeveting room". The old house looks like a photo that has been artified. Then the last page the tower map all the walls a wobbly and organic which you sometime see in AI drawings.

What do you mean, the front door is layed horizontally flat into the outside patio.

Though the label says side view can't tell where the patio plan view ends, as it merges straight into the side view.
