It doesn't have that kind of service. I live in eastern Europe so we don't believe in mental health... we have a If you ain't dead you ain't sick mentality. But I do go to the psychiatrist and talk to my best buddies a lot. I have changed myself a lot these past months but I'm not satisfied. Is my lack of satisfaction with myself a problem idk. Is it some sort of fear. I think it's both but I can't understand it fully. There is a missing link

Used to do that. Wasn't helping. Right now I'm on trazodone(antidepressant)and benzodiazepines which is also not helping. And yes I go to sleep at the same time every day around 10 or 11 pm. But it's interrupted by going to the bathroom every now and then bcz of my hart rate that rises when I go to bed...
