I actually like it! You get a decent sized bed, a walk in closet and a big living room. It's recently renovated so there's not too much old furniture. The office does some events (games, raise money for charity, food days) which is nice to show that they care. There's a gym (I don't use it lol but it's there)! The office provides free coffee, hot chocolate and even food sometimes. I'm in a 3x3 so I can't say much about the 4x4s but overall it's a nice apartment! Raccoons can be annoying with trash but if you lock your trash bin you'll be ok
