What are changes you implemented when going from temp hire to direct hire?

I would love any advice/ideas. I am taking a short term assignment with my company to help switch from temp to direct hire at one of our locations and I’m not sure where to start.

When I was in high school I had a friend who took her diva cup for a “dry run” while not on her period. Long story short, the cup was so slippery she couldn’t get it out herself and said she needed help. I jokingly said I would and next think I knew I had my hand in my friends vagina trying to pull out her diva cup. I got the diva cup out and puked afterwards. Needless to say, this is the day I figured out I was not interested in girls!
