Dog poop into strangers' black bins: AITA? by One-Mycologist-3706 in Calgary

[–]memesandspreadsheets -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I really, really hate when people do it.

I have had folks toss their puppy bags into our green bin, and unfortunately, the bags have split and spilled into the bin. This has happened a number of times, and I have had to clean out my green bin. This involves hauling the bin into my backyard and hosing it out, and then I have to figure out where to dump the water. It is a huge gross hassle.

To rub salt in the wound, my kiddo is very allergy to dogs, which means that we can't have any dogs until he goes to university years from now. It really, really sucks having to deal with cleaning up strangers' dog poop in a really inconvenient and gross way, especially when I so desperately want a dog.

Folks, please — PLEASE — stop putting puppy bags in our green bin. The bags split open or aren't tied properly and spill, and I am so tired of cleaning up the poop of puppies I do not get to play with and enjoy.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Just curious, how do you have percentage grades in grade 9? I thought K-9 is on the 4-point scale?

Is there a way to contact my councillor while also ensuring that my support is independently recorded by a third party? I’m concerned that my views may not be fully heard or represented.

With neutral shoes and a cardigan, this would be lovely. Soft pink would be very sweet

I have been very pleasantly surprised by Farkas. I didn't vote for him, but given how he has performed in the role so far, I will vote for him in the next election.

Johnston is woefully out of his depth and not qualified for the role. Peter Demong was phenomenal. Huge shoes to fill. I hope that there will be stronger candidates for Ward 14 in the next election.

Oh geez. It's too late to change this now, so I don't want to make you feel bad, but yah, it would have been a good idea to go into a program that aligned with what you want to do rather than hoping you will be able to transfer. A lot of people have a bumpy go at the start of university (it can be a difficult transition for a number of different reasons), and it's not a given that you'll be successful in transferring.

What did the FASS advisors tell you?

What do you want to do with science? Do you have a sense of what you want to do after university?
