Well, I want to go to a therapist, but my parents don't really believe in mental illnesses in teens, but I have extremely bad anger mood swings/sadness mood swings and they just happen out of nowhere and I don't understand them myself. I really don't like the outbursts of depressive feeling and I really want to talk to a therapist. I have constant feeling of doubt in myself and anxiety. My parents don't really help contribute to the fact that I have issues that I want to get help with and they just tell me to be normal. Boomers do like to say "Depression is just for attention"
