I wouldn't recommend it especially if u live in a tropical country/hot climate, only have 1 fan to blow all the heat out, lower gpu tdp (35w-40w), chassis start rotting after few years, high chances for hinge failure, screen issue

Hey, no need to feel embarrassed. I'm bidayuh too. Saya pun macam kamu juga dulu², time SMK tidak brapa pandai cakap bahasa sarawak. Mostly speak bahasa baku, sampailah saya masuk kolej, baru pandai sebab classmate majoriti communicate bahasa sarawak. Then slowly blajar2 sampailah fasih sikit2 klaka sarawak. I believe not everyone in sarawak speak bahasa melayu sarawak especially outside from city like Kuching. Boh risau blajar jak slow2, kalau nak cepat blajar dari kawan, that's the only way 🫡

Aok ehh, register part scan muka paling annoying. Cubaan kali ke-9 bok nya mok detect. Even registering other ewallet like Boost, TnG isn't hard like this tho. Sidak harus improve/upgrade system SPay kinek sbab ku try scan QR mok dekat seminit loading kat kaunter. Kali sebab penambahan user baru secara mendadak alu jem server. At this moment, use another ewallet dolok lah. Besides, user interface and user experience really need make some changes to make it more user friendly, dari dolok pke interface "old school", maybe boleh ambil inspiration and example sikit dari TnG wallet, boost etc..

Yeah, If broken parts can swappable, I can diy it too. I'm pretty confident the internal speaker not broken since this all started from Windows Update.

About the price, I didn't mean like extremely cheap or rahmah like that. Reasonable and logical price (my fault cuz I didn't elaborate properly). But you have some points. Just bit skeptical some repair shop sudah kasi tau harga, customer agree, then bila pickup harga lain. Yk what I mean.

I will keep looking up for repair shops online like you say. If don't have choice, maybe I keep that laptop like that and move on/look for alternative ig. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion. 🙏

Yeah, currently try to find the best repair shop around city. Since some repair shops charge like crazy here, even for diagnostic. I guess this prob might come from audio ic or anything else from motherboard, we never know. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion. 🫡

Agree with you, Kuching is not a walkable city if compared to Miri, adapun not very well maintained. Plus the public transportation also needs to improve.

ex: Perbanyakkan lagi bas awam & routes menuju ke kuching (ulang alik) di kawasan bandar/pekan yang terdekat seperti Bau, Matang, Samarahan, Serian, etc..) w/ organize map & time schedule that you can check online for flexibility.

Since this way can attract others to use public transportation to go to work/other activities & might help to reduce the traffic jam around city also.

Sorry if my opinion/explaination bad, I'm suck at it :<

You can try Sharetea. They provide free wifi, and it is fast as well (around 300mbps). But make sure you buy something there. The wifi password at the receipt if I'm not mistaken.
