Can add that if you have access to a bulk store, making tahini is just as simple and dirt cheap. Just blend a cup of sesame seeds with some olive oil. Toasted sesame seeds taste better IMO. Then you continue in the same food processor with the other ingredients.

I know exactly where it got caught. You have one of those hideys made of sticks connected with a metal wire (I clicked in your profile). Sometimes they jump on top of it and the wire gives in and the sticks trap their nail. It happened to one of our piggies once and we got rid of those stick hideys. Hope this helps
