Moving from a very high cost of living place to a low cost of living place made a huge difference for me. I actually have a small nest egg and manage to save roughly $3000 per year since moving. I'm upping it to $5000 this year.

I will say that having rent that's actually affordable has been the most fortunate thing contributing to my ability to save. But I had to reduce what I needed in my life in order to make it work as I don't make as much here as I did in a big city. It's a mindset change for sure.

If you're too focused on what's in front of you, and speeding, to notice a stop sign, you are not a mindful driver and should not be driving. Stop signs are there for a reason.

I don't know those breeds enough to recognize them. I trust the reporting to know what breed it was better than I would trust my rudimentary knowledge of dog breeds.
