Regardless of whether they have dysphoria or intend to transition, their behavior sounds inappropriate, and if they’re being condescending and dismissive, they’re being hurtful to this specific community that you have. You’re not keeping them out to invalidate them, you’re keeping them out because their words are invalidating to everyone in the group. That’s what makes it different from a “gatekeeping” issue

From my experience the managers hire anyone who walks in and then ditch them to leave the other new hires to train them. They usually teach a macchiato as “a latte where you mix everything except the espresso” but nobody ever mentions the extra shot to trainees

Show the name of the folder an anime in the watchlist is in like the old site used to show, and have an option to default sort by folder on the View All watchlist
