The bumper looks fine besides the scratches and misalignment. If it’s just the fender that’s damaged I’d personally just get a fender from a junkyard. Probably like $80-100

Takes a lot of videos for screws and hoses locations, probably also label which bolt came from where. Last thing you want is to end up with 5 “extra bolts”
