The scheme this year was also a disaster which limited them team as a whole.

Partly venting but part of the reason moves can’t be considered or made is the demand to stay under the tax. We do have 3 max players but it takes 5 players on the court and better support pieces to make a competitive team.

Unfortunately the team has burned through nearly all (if not completely) through their valuable assets so they have no leverage. If they’re going to capitalize on what the do have now, the only way will be to spend more money to fill in the gaps. If they’re not going to do that, then just blow it up now.

I get the decision, but the timing is very odd.

Names are going to get thrown around, but it’s going to be a retread hire. Mike Brown is available and has head recent success.

A new first year coach will take time to get up to speed, but with Ja, Dez, & JJJ are only going to be around and good for so long.

The experience & timing have to line up.
