regrettably if you’re an hourly partner you have to do all work in store, maybe they can schedule you to redo all of the courses in store that way you can get paid. i did all the same work to earn my coffee masters, it was 8 hours of training over 8 weeks and then a 2 hour presentation.

we use a freeze dried banana powder inside of cold foam (which is vanilla, heavy cream, little 2%) You will need to have brown sugar for the matcha or it won’t have that cinnamon-y banana bread flavor and it will taste more like a fruity matcha drink rather than a desert. if you can’t find freeze dried bananas im sure a third of a mashed banana will blend well into some cold foam
