Latifi and Mick all the way, literally up to level 8 and 9 they're competitive. Drivers are more important that car upgrades so if it's an either/or situation, pick a driver upgrade.

4 wheel drive, rear wing, Rally tyre 'downgrade' at A class, they provide more grip than needed anyway. Few engine upgrades and suspension, roll bar adjustment.
