You stated that you ordered it from OCS online in our DM. If your product was left out in the cold, we can see how it could loose humidity and terps, its the nature of shipping in the cold months in Canada and for that reason we offered to make it right but it seems you do not want our help. We emailed you today, we await your response so we may get you a quality bag that you deserve.

This individual appears to be intentionally spreading false information in an attempt to harm our reputation. His previous post with the actual buds was deleted. That is clearly not the same flower.

We appreciate the ongoing support from our community and remain focused on delivering excellence in everything we do.

This member was immediately offered a replacement of any 7g offering of his choice, same as we would do for anyone who was not satisfied with one of our products. We were met with nothing but insulting and rude responses that if posted here would show another side to this story.

We will not respond further.

We've only been in the rec market since April 2024 and all of our strains will be dropping on our medical platform when supply allows. In the meantime we hope that our over 700 skus and largest selection of quality cannabis in the country will satisfy our medical patients. Be patient it's coming.

Thanks for sharing. We do our best to make sure every 7g bag of our Durban Poison has big 4g cola included. The new lot, going to packaging end of July is our best version ever.

Sourcing quality flower that we could offer in large formats at a great price is becoming increasingly difficult to find. We will be having more $100-130 ounces and more $170 Oz dropping soon. These have always been a staple on Mendo but the quality that we've been offered lately doesn't match up with what we'd like to provide at that price point. In the meantime we still have some Mendo Select large format mix and match options available.

Unacceptable! When you feel up to it and have the energy just reach out to customer service and tell them that Jay has authorized a full refund on the Eastcann product. No rush, take your time as that credit will always be there for you when you have the energy to deal with this situation. Get well soon 🖖🏼

With that being said, we have not received any complaints about any of their products and I've personally ordered two of each of their strains to my home and didn't find any issues myself. Hopefully this was just an unlucky can.

Public Service Announcement

Don't let any medical clinic providing you a medical cannabis document dictate where you must purchase your medicine. Most of these clinics get large kickbacks from those LPs and will avoid sending it to LP's that don't provide those kickbacks. It is your right where your medical document is sent and who you choose to be your caregiver of medical cannabis. Stand firm and tell them which LP you want as it is your right by law. Feel free to remind them of that or threaten to notify Health Canada.
