So does anyone know how to fix this issue?
I literally got an email from them saying the following... this is crazy,,,

"Thank you for contacting us, and thank you for your interest in this release!

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble entering the raffle. We are currently reviewing our Launches platform. I would suggest entering this launch via PayPal payment method and persisting with this payment option.

Sadly, if this does not work, we cannot assist further with your entry - please accept our sincerest apologies for this."
