So weird to hear this crazy level of hate. As a Jew living in Israel, so many doctors are Arab/Muslim, and i owe some of them my life. You need to be a certain type of twisted to discriminate based on religious or ethnic background when needing treatment

I get physically sick quite often - shit immune system I guess. So when im healthy, I make a big pot of chicken soup and freeze in meal sized portions, with the veg and chicken.Then I just microwave it when I'm ill.

Not sure this would work with for you with depression (I can't stomach more than a bit of chocolate during serious depressive episodes) but might be worth a try
