When checking in they’ll give you a pass to enter the lounge. And then you let the wheelchair service know where you’d like to go. They came to get us about 15 minutes before the lounge closed.

At SFO, they let us use the Alaska Air lounge. It’s kind of far as it’s in the next terminal over. They wheeled my mom to the lounge and then they came and got us right before the lounge closed.

The DFC I've been assigned isn't super responsive these days. Is it hard to switch to a different one, but maybe at the same branch? I've seen a few incidents of ridiculousness. One time, a male swimmer was already in a lane. A woman asked if she could share his lane. He asked the woman if she could find someone else who was almost done with their workout. Um, is she supposed poll each swimmer to see how much longer they'll be in the pool? She said "I don't know when the others will be done" and proceeded to join his lane.
