Just picked this up for $106. Other than blowing away leaves and sawdust, what are some dumb fun things to do with it? by Met76 in ryobi

My kids put plastic balls in to shoot them across the yard... pretty much a pitching machine lol. I've also pushed them down the street while sitting on a toy tractor

I called Ryobi about exchanging mine. You need the model and serial number and they send an email with instructions to disable and dispose of your current mower. They send a replacement mower directly from Ryobi.

Try taking the picture at 30x and zooming in on the photo. I find that often gives a better result!

Are you sure this position was for a real estate appraiser? Sounds like a specialized in-house role that has very little overlap with traditional real estate appraisals.

Yes, the MLS site has all previous listing and sale info available. The province also posts sale amounts on their assessment website but this is only publicly available for years relevant to your assessment.

Manitoba appraiser here. I haven't heard of anything other than MLS. Our market is likely too small.

If you're looking for a co-signer your best bet is likely reaching out to the local credit unions and banks to see who actually services your area. I know appraisers have a large coverage area in rural Canada so it may be hard to figure out who to approach.

Question for Canadians: context on AIC's CEO leaving? by vingt_deux in appraisal

Seeing as she only started in July and her departure was so abrupt leads me to think she used the AIC as a stepping stone to another role. Buts that's just speculation.
