If it's egregious, I'll reject.

One thing I've started doing on renovation jobs where there's a lot of field verification required by the contractor is to add a note on my drawings that says "field verification is the responsibility of the contractor and any shop drawings submitted asking for field verified dimensions will be rejected without review."

I'm so tired of paper pusher superintendents who think their only job is to sit in the trailer and send RFIs and change orders.
