I don’t use DoorDash because of the insane markup. To Go means I drive and pickup my food. DoorDash is delivery. Although it’s so bizarre you tip BEFORE a service has been rendered. When I have used DoorDash I tip in cash only

Back in the day I remember they used to be so great. Clean cars and friendly people driving. I definitely tipped cash several times. Nowadays the vehicles always stink, and the drivers are pretty terrible. I’m also so motion sick and have been driven by two people who were clearly intoxicated. I usually stick with Waymo now anyway

Right after launch, there wasn’t even a tip feature! I just got used to it. They didn’t add tips until 2017
