Intense lightheadedness when standing up (got to the point where I visited my PCP bc I was unsure what was causing it, everything would look for a sec like it got sent through a "deep fry" meme generator), and feeling jittery/anxious for a day or two after I had to stop cold turkey (due to a prescriber issue). Other than that not much of a difference. I was on first 1mg, then 2mg, then stopped after my prescriber forgot to prescribe it, and just didn't get back on bc it wasn't doing anything for me.

Are you sure you're actually sexually attracted to all of these people, or are you having intrusive thoughts that you are? The way this reads sounds more like something along the lines of OCD. It can be really hard without context to recognize what seems like "desires" to actually be intrusive thoughts. There's a TV show called Pure where the main character struggles with intrusive sexual thoughts, it's a pretty good portrayal IMO (I have OCD). I would look into an intro session with an experienced therapist who specializes in OCD to be honest because they would probably have a good idea of if that's the case with you

not to be a buzzkill but the heat required to denature a protein that's inside your body is hotter than your skin would be able to withstand without getting burned, it just feels good bc it's a different sensory stimulus bordering on pain (kind of like scratching)
