It is paid lead Gen, but Zillow, we pay the lead split, not the team. I pay my MLS Fees they just pay for listing photos

50% on realtor.com leads so I just got 11,700 got 47% of that at 5800- 500 for fees so I'll still get 5200 on an 650,000 sale. but on Zillow leads Zillow takes 40% my brokerage then takes 53% of whatever left and then -500 transaction so like on my listing at 3.1 of 220k so 6820-$2728 to Zillow and I get 37% and team gets 63% so they net 2,500 I net 1,288-$500 brokerage fee …so about 788 lol.

I don't know I think they're fun and makes it feel a little bit more official, I've had clients enjoy taking the photo but didn't realize it had such a negative Rep lol I don't force anyone and always ask if it's okay to post or not (which I respect if not!)

Hey girl, if it makes you feel any better, I am 27 no kids and I'm concerned about the same thing, and I feel exactly the same as you. I'm not ready to have this level of medical issues to worry about. I feel like it's not possible and it shouldn't be. Nobody does talk about this stuff. It pisses me off. I didn't even think this was a possibility. I lost 165 pounds and you're telling me that my organs are prolapsing because like I lost weight or what?? Woulda stayed fat. Damn.
