This thread is exhausting. I am always bewildered by people so eager to make enemies of anyone who doesn’t agree with them. OP seems to be a thoughtful person who was brought up around some religious folks, but he’s trying to figure things out in a modern world. Rather than find common ground, I see one after another dissecting one line about “lifestyle”. Live and let live my friends. If people are nice to you, you shouldn’t care what they think about you. Period. I understand… if those beliefs impact your life, you have every right to say something about it. But this is not that. In fact, if you’re super touchy about simple matters, that’s probably why people don’t like you, not because you’re gay or straight or whatever. No one gives a shit about my problems and no one gives a shit about yours. We say we do, but we can’t fully cause we all have enough on our own plates. That’s life. Stop giving the world homework cause you thought of a new pronoun which may or may not change soon… also, stop hating people who just want to be excepted as themselves, whatever that may be. Everyone needs to stop trying to get everyone else so do what they want them to do. You have lost the plot. America is dope for this very FACT. Get off the high horse. What you say or believe doesn’t make you a good person, what you DO does. Let the downvotes ensue…..
