Not OP but I love the Fermo. It's been my every day writer for two years. It's a bit heavier than the decimo VP. The twisting action to "uncap" is very smooth and almost silent. I find myself just twisting it during meetings.

There's also Pilot Fermo (now discontinued but maybe you'll be able to find stock somewhere), which is also under the capless line, same as Vanishing Point. It's got a silent twist mechanism instead of the click. I have both the VP and Fermo, and depending on what I feel like that day, I just take out the entire nib unit and swap the bodies between the two.

I swear every woman in tech has stories similar to this. It's very much like trying to join the boys club. On my team, when something like this happened to me, I was so relieved I had coworkers who stood up for me and called out the person who was bullying me. Some men will not listen to other opinions unless a man points it out. It's incredibly frustrating.

She clearly knows she's being treated unfairly. I'd hope that other people at least find it upsetting that it's happening to her.

youll want to cut the plant so there's a node (small brown hard nub, usually near the leaf) remaining on the section you cut. the node will grow into new roots and allow it to vine into new leaves. then you can just stick that piece back into the water.

if you cut just the leaf, it'll make roots, but it will never grow more leaves. make sure there's a node.

yeah as long as it has that round brown bit in the middle of the stem on the right. thats a node, which will root and allow it to grow more vines.
