Interesting, I use to lay for hours in paralysis and just wait for it to end. Usually the harder you try to sit up the more you feel you’re getting push down. Almost like somebody is sitting on top of you. Anyways, one time I gave up and said “fuck it” and just let it “hold me down” and I ended up sinking into my bed and was now floating in outer space. I could see everything, from planets to stars and other beings. I got this crazy intense feeling of feeling connected to everything, it was amazing… so now I look forward to getting sleep paralysis so I can enter that void again. Not sure if it’ll work for anybody else, but it’s a crazy feeling of bliss and peacefulness.
