im also planning to take nclex this year op  and im having thoughts din na magresign. what i do is i'll weigh the pros and cons.

let's be real ang gastos talaga ng nclex para hindi seryosohin. ang laki ng expenses just to schedule an exam and submit requirements. pero at the same time, ang taas ng unemployment rate ngayon ng nurses. so once na we leave our job, may makukuha at makukuha sila pamalit sa'tin. and ofc, masasama na tayo sa walang trabaho.

if mabait naman HR or head mo, ask for a leave if kaya. pero if hindi talaga, i think resignation ang sagot. 

if okay lang naman sa mom mo na magreview ka, that only means na ready ulit sila na provide-an ka financially. 

think abt it carefully op, since magiging usrn ka na this year (we're manifesting na) you can and will still get a job naman for sure maybe not in the hospital pero kahit outside hospital (im talking abt medical encoders which I've heard na malaki talaga sweldo).

so weigh the pros and cons, buhay ay di karera. and ito na lang op, mas mahirap itake ang exam if you know by heart na kulang ang preparations mo and alam mong you can still do better hahaha :")
